The primary difference between the Heirloom, Signature Edition, and Legacy Edition collections lies in scale, artistic depth, studio refinement, and the time Isabel dedicates on-site during your celebration.
All paintings are created in professional oil on large-scale canvas and finished in studio.
The Signature and Legacy editions allow for increased compositional complexity, expanded environmental storytelling, and a higher level of detail. The Legacy Edition is reserved for a limited number of commissions each year and represents the highest level of artistic finish.

Yes. I am based in California and accept a limited number of destination weddings each year.
Travel fees are quoted individually depending on location, travel logistics, and timeline requirements.
For international celebrations, custom travel proposals are provided.

Peak season dates (spring and fall) typically book 3-4 months in advance.
Once you have secured your venue, I recommend reaching out to confirm availability.
Because I accept a limited number of commissions each year, early inquiries are encouraged.

Submit an inquiry with your wedding details.
If your date is available, you will receive a proposal outlining your selected collection.
A signed agreement and 20% retainer are required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding.

Each wedding is unique, and the experience is thoughtfully tailored to your timeline.
Approximately 4–6 weeks before your wedding, we will have a detailed creative consultation to finalize composition, location, and key moments.
On your wedding day:
I typically arrive 1–2 hours prior to the chosen moment to set up and begin the background composition.
At the agreed time, I capture reference imagery through a guided portrait moment or document the live scene as it unfolds.
Throughout the reception, guests are invited to observe the painting come to life.
Before I depart, you will have a final viewing of your painting — a first glimpse of your heirloom as it stands at the end of your celebration.
The artwork then returns with me to the studio for refinement and final detailing.
Final delivery typically occurs within 8–12 weeks, depending on drying time and level of finish.
-
The painting process is designed to integrate seamlessly into your day.
The guided portrait moment is brief, relaxed, and intentionally scheduled so it does not interrupt your celebration.
Many couples find it becomes one of their favorite quiet moments together.
